Handmade paper from my father’s denim jacket and abaca. The pulp painting is a combination of denim jacket and linen. The iris’ of the eye are pure blue jean. Imagery was made with many layers of sheets, blowouts, and pulp painting working on both sides of the sheet at once. The thread for the sewing was dyed with coreopsis from my garden. 5.25″x4.25″.
